Internet Access via eduroam
Internet access is available across our university campuses through the
eduroam wireless network. eduroam is an international authentication
infrastructure that allows students and staff to securely access Wi-Fi at
participating educational institutions worldwide using the same username and
password.
Connection Information
Staff:

Students:
- Username:

- Password: Your
institutional e-mail password
For iPhone / iPad Users
For the most reliable connection, we recommend installing our
preconfigured profile instead of configuring the connection manually.
- Visit eduroam.balikesir.edu.tr/how-to-connect.html
- Download the baun-eduroam.mobileconfig
file.
- Go to Settings →
Profile Downloaded → Install.
- Complete the
authentication using your institutional e-mail address and password.
For Android / Windows / macOS Users
Select the eduroam wireless network from your Wi-Fi settings and
sign in using your username and password.
If manual configuration is required, use the following settings:
- EAP Method:
TTLS
- Inner
Authentication: PAP
