1- How can I register in the Academic Information System?

When you start working at Balıkesir University, it is necessary to open your registration at YÖKSIS by the Directorate of Personnel and to recruit your staff to Balıkesir University. Then click the Bring my YÖKSIS data link to have your YÖKSIS data appear on the web page and your personal academic resume page is created.C. you can complete your registration in the Academic Information System by entering your ID number.

2- My Academic Resume data seems to be missing, what should I do?

Although we work integrated with the Academic Information System YÖKSIS system, the changes you make in YÖKSIS are not reflected to AKBIS instantly. For this reason, in order for your academic information to be up-to-date at AKBIS, you must first log in to the Higher Education Institution system to make the necessary updates and click on the Get my Higher Education Institution data field.C. you need to update your data with your ID number.  If a problem occurs that occurs after making the necessary update baunweb@balikesir.edu.tr you can share the problem with us by sending an e-mail to the address.

3-I am a Lecturer /Research Assistant and have completed my Doctoral / Art Qualification Education, but I cannot use my title what should I do?

The data of all academic staff at our university is collected from YÖKSIS via web services. Due to the fact that data are presented according to the staff of academic staff at YÖKSIS, the lecturers and research assistants who have completed their doctoral education are Dr. their titles do not come with personnel information. Dr. the necessary infrastructure has been created for the use of the title, and for this, our teachers must first enter their Doctoral information in the YÖKSIS Education Information section in full. 4- What do I need to do to use my associate professor title?

Academicians who deserve the title of Associate Professor and are not assigned to the associate professor staff in order to use this title, after logging in to YÖKSIS, they must enter the Associate Professor information in the Experiences/ Academic Task menu and then update it by saying Fetch My Yöksis Data at AKBIS.
